365 in 52 (Vol 1. Wk. 1)

Happy Sunday dear friends! When we were conceptualizing this new limitless blog I was inspired very much by the ladies over at 3191. I’m sure you’ve seen their work, even if you haven’t realized you were seeing it. 3191 is the number of miles that separated two photography-loving friends. They decided to each take a photo every morning and put the images together on a blog every day chronicling their lives for a year. The project became so beautifully popular that a book was created and another project, 3191 Evenings was born. The photos are beautiful and they tell the story of a year through quick glimpses into their respective worlds. If you have time (and who doesn’t have time on a Sunday afternoon?), go look through the pages and be inspired.

Always on the lookout for a creative photography project, I thought it would be an adventure to do “a year of Sundays” here on our blog. Sundays are our favorite day together and when we can we try to use them to reconnect and relax. So, each Sunday we are going to take a snapshot and post them here on the blog. That ended up being a little bit hard to keep up with since we haven’t been doing very much on Sundays so we’ve broadened it to “365 in 52″ which is our updated project. We will be taking a photo each week and posting them on Sundays. (365 days told in 52 images) We are going to start with an image from last Sunday…

A family portrait
