Corissa & Kurt: Wedding at the Grand Bohemian Hotel

I’ve been holding this wedding for a while now. Partly because we’ve just been so busy that I haven’t felt like there’s been a good time to post it (in all of its glory, naturally), and partly because I feel like it’s a treasure. Some days, you’re just on. And on Corissa and Kurt’s wedding day, both Nate and I were on fiyah. We both felt completely trusted by Corissa, Kurt, their entire wedding party, and their family. It may seem like such a silly thing for me to say but when not just the bride and groom, but their entire wedding party and family completely trust us, it’s pure heaven. I cannot even express to you the freedom we feel to be creative without any distraction or worries and how happy that makes us. It’s like I’d just woken up from a 36 hour nap, found a way to make 0 calorie ice cream, and cured the economic crisis all at once. Not even joking people, it feels that good. And it looks pretty darn good too…

Corissa and Kurt even invited us out to the gorgeous bar Ember in downtown Orlando after to join them at their after party. If you are looking for a place to rent for an after party you should take a look at Ember. Not only is it practically brand new and completely gorgeous, but it’s also located right on Church Street in the middle of all the downtown fun. We took a few pictures, but figured it was better to keep those ones under wraps. What happens at after parties stays at after parties. ;)
