Tuesdays with Nate | Questions & Answers
A few weeks ago I (Becka) took over Tuesdays with Nate and asked everyone to send in questions for me to use to interview the man himself for a future TWN segment. Well my friends, the day has arrived! Last night (at about midnight-thirty) I remembered that I promised a video weeks ago so I forced Nate to wake up (He had only been asleep for, like five minutes. Stop judging me!) and answer questions (Pardon his bloodshot eyes, poor baby)….

For those of you who can’t view the video at work, here’s a recap…
Nate starts by telling everyone how he’s the better half of Studio222 Photography and then answers a question about the tattoo that can be seen sticking up from his shirt collar. He explains that its music from a drum solo he performed with his best friend in high school. He then shows off our old 20D and explains how we fell into shooting with Canon over any other brand and how it was more of a natural progression than a big decision for us. He also rambles about shooting in rain, mud, and lightning. (I dunno…) After that he attributes our success to my editing skills, (I think he was trying to butter me up. Flattery will get you everywhere, Sir!) a bit of luck, and our amazingly awesome clients. Next he talks about how he reacts to awkward situations by trying to out-awkward everyone in the room. Nate believes that if he’s the most awkward, everyone else will feel way more comfortable. And he likes to make people laugh. Always. Then I point the camera at him in silence for a while to see how he really reacts to awkward moments…. it was awkward. (Mostly my distinctive laugh was awkward… moving on!) He admits to favoring boxer briefs to any other undergarments and to the night he proposed to me being one of the top 150 best moments in his life. He shares his love of fried dark chocolate over other kinds of chocolate (or vanilla) and gives a shout out to the girl scout cookie tea at Cup ‘O Soul.

@Khristen Dark chocolate Recees cups. Dipped in pancake batter. Dropped in a deep fryer for a minute or two. Mhm… welcome to the dark side. (Works well with Oreos too!)
Poor Nate.. What a trooper!! Good stuff guys- Thanks for delaying sleep for us! And… fried chocolate?? Really? I have never heard of such!
