We’ve been featured in a few places recently that I wanted to talk about. Since the publications and websites were kind enough to talk about us, I figured we should return the favor and talk about them. If you’ve got a few seconds, click over and check out their sites. They’re all pretty fabulous.

We also have been featured in PDN‘s (Photo District News) recent publications. The annual Top Knot’s contest that they host is currently taking submissions (which we need to do asap!) and they honored us by choosing our finalist image from last year in their ad campaign for this year’s contest. It’s really a HUGE honor and we still can’t believe that they chose our photo! It’s pretty mind blowing, especially since two of the other photos they are using for the ad are by Elizabeth Messina, one of the world’s most accomplished and beloved wedding photographers. Holy cow!

So, even though I don’t currently have a reason to be planning my future wedding, I tend to let my girly side take over and look at wedding stuff anyway. I told my mom that the theme of my wedding someday would be “Rustic Elegance” and what do you know… my favorite couple you guys have ever shot is dubbed exactly that. I just thought that was interesting and had to share. ;-)
It’s still awesome that this photo won an award! Congrats again and here’s to a great win again this year!
