Melbourne, Florida Christmas Wedding | Julie & Brandon
Melbourne, Florida | Indian Harbor Beach, Florida
My head is a bit swirly. There are a lot of metaphorical kettles on metaphorical burners right now (and in my metaphor I imagine them as those really hip burners that are built into streamlined stove tops and only get hot when there’s a pot on them so that little kids don’t burn themselves by touching the burners…) and I feel like I shift between standing over them anxiously waiting for them to boil and, conversely, hiding under a blanket with earplugs in my ears so I can’t hear their ready whistles. But, I think that’s always been how I am: both prone to wanting to do everything at once and terrified of dropping any of the balls. All that to say, this is a busy start to perhaps the most exciting year of my life. We creative people are quite the contradictions, are we not? I don’t have many words today so I’m not going to try to force them. I think these images are blog fodder enough on their own. Julie and Brandon, along with their beautiful families, made a big commitment to each other right after Christmas. Here is the day, as interpreted by Nathan and myself…

some of the best wedding photos I have EVER seen
absolutely awesome shots! – the little girl is the best
Very good pictures.
What a beautiful wedding! Love the shots of the bride and groom in the car, so romantic!
@Jamie Thanks! I know, I love when our brides have amazing shoes. It’s like we instantly bond. ;)
@Marie We could switch for a week. It’s freezing down here but still not snowy and pretty. ;)
@Saudade Thanks. That first one was Nate’s the second was mine. ;)
My favorite from this batch is the black and white reflection of the bride and groom off the vintage car’s mirror, just stunning.
A very close second is the getting ready shot with the bridesmaids helping her get into her dress.
