iPhoneography | Morning walks and a hate for heat…
At 9:15 this morning it was 85 degrees with 65% humidity. I cannot even express in words how badly I am ACHING for fall’s 70-degree breezes to be upon us. I am so completely over this whole sweating-every-time-I-step-outside-even-if-only-for-two-minutes thing that I get physically angry when I step out of the house in the morning and it isn’t cool. If mother nature showed up on my porch, I’d have a few choice words for her.
The other evening there was a bit less bite in the air. The hurricane in the Atlantic was pulling cooler and dryer air over us and I was practically high with happiness. I told Nate that we might be forced to move somewhere with mid-70′s weather all year round because my mood was so dramatically influenced by the bit of coolness in the air. I think I have seasonal affective disorder but instead of for winter, it’s for this oppressive summer heat. OPPRESSIVE I tell you!
This morning I took my phone on my walk with Eisley. We live just southeast of downtown Orlando in a residential area with lots of old oak trees and lakes. It’s very pretty for walks. Eisley likes the ducks. I like the views.
Happy Holiday Weekend!

@Dennis Ugh. I just hate it. It’s stifling. :(
We have that same weather here and I think it is great. Although we jus completd two weeks of 95 – 100 degrees with 95% humidity. Yuk!
