Steph and Larsen’s Sneak Peek | THE UNION

Walt Disney World | Lake Buena Vista, Florida

Larsen and Stephanie got married at Disney World. Well, not exactly… because if they really got married in one of the parks in Disney World, we wouldn’t have been allowed to shoot it because Disney has strange policies. Luckily, the world is pretty big…so they got married in the world, but not in the parks. Larsen and Stephanie were friends of ours before we met them to talk about their wedding and our photography so shooting their wedding was a bit different than shooting others. There was an added element of responsibility. We had to force ourselves to pay attention even more than we normally do. To forget that we live here, and that we know these people and these places, and to shoot it with both new eyes, and the eyes of friends. We had so much fun this day because Stephanie and Larsen spoiled us by inviting us to be guests as well as photographers and completely blew us away when Larsen asked Nate to be one of his witnesses at the signing of their ketubah. I got teary eyed during the signing. It was such a special honor. More photos to come soon, until then…
