mandy + brandon | in piedmont park

Mandy and Brandon met with us for the first time over breakfast at our FAVORITE breakfast spot, The Flying Biscuit, in Midtown Atlanta. We had spoken on the phone and corresponded via email but the first time we got to meet was actually half way between their homes and our home. Mandy and Brandon live up in North Carolina and we decided that it would be fun to meet in the middle for their engagement session. They couldn’t be sweeter if they tried. Add to that their charming accents and we were smitten from the first, “Hello”.

Nate and I love visiting Atlanta and while we’ve been there a few times now,  we had never visited the famous Piedmont Park. We looked up the park and the type of photographs that are taken there and decided that we wanted to do something completely our own with it. We got lost in the hidden nooks, we wandered down side roads, we took the angles less traveled by. It feels amazing editing these images because our work is taking on a new life of it’s own and it makes me so happy. We’re turning another corner and pushing ourselves with each new project.
