Monique and Martin at Cypress Grove Estate House

Monique and Martin are two of our favorites. They live far, far away in Seattle now and just announced that they are expecting a wee one (honeymoon baby, awesome!) so we’re sad that they aren’t closer but, we love them anyway. And we’ll forgive them for living so far away. (Secretly we’re a bit jealous, the Pacific Northwest has always been on my list of places to visit/live.) They got married here in Central Florida with their families at the Cyrpress Grove Estate House under the ever-amazing planning of Anna from Blush by Brandee Gaar. Everything was gorgeous and simple and lovely and relaxed. There were TOMS. There was calligraphy. There was handmade honey in little jars. There was a custom Monique and Marty cake topper. It was all perfection. And can I just say, Monique’s family is from the islands and HAVE MERCY can those ladies shake it. I want them to give me lessons in booty movin’. It was incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it. Monique’s family, please oh please teach me to dance!
