married away in jamaica | couples tower isle resort
For our 2nd anniversary we wanted to do something extra special since for our first I was very knocked up and not very much fun. I researched all kinds of fun ideas after deciding that heading to the Caribbean would be our best option for a long weekend that still felt like a vacation. When I found Couples Resorts I knew I had found an interesting option. Couples Resorts are all inclusive meaning that once you pay for your trip, you’re done paying. All your food, snacks, drinks, activities, transportation, and even alcohol are included in the price. Nate and I are usually more of the boutique hotel types but we were longing for a vacation free of stress and budgeting so we hopped on the all-inclusive bandwagon.
I’m so glad we did, too, because I can honestly say that I have never been on any sort of trip or vacation that was as stress-free as our trip to Couples Tower Isle. Couples Resorts has a few resorts on the island of Jamaica but Tower Island is their most modern and most recently renovated. It’s got a mid century modern style and we were instantly impressed with the look and the decor of the entire resort. Couples are adult only resorts which was really nice because there were no little ones screaming up and down the hallways or splashing us in the pools. (You know we love kids, but sometimes you just gotta get away!)
There are 6 restaurants and multiple bars at the resort, all of which are included so we ate (ahem, and drank) till we couldn’t eat or drink anything else. Our favorite of their restaurants was their asian influenced restaurant, which sits on the edge of the resort over the water looking back towards the island. (If you go, get the red curry, you won’t regret it.)
This resort is ideal for romantic vacation, or a little getaway with your love. A honeymoon for you newlyweds would be perfect here. Or… you can totally get married here too! They have a few pretty locations for wedding ceremonies including renting out that tiny island in the photo above! How cool would that be? Of course their wedding services are all inclusive as well and there is a fee if you decide to bring an outside photographer. BUT… we talked it over and decided that if you invite us along with you to document your wedding there, we’ll pay the extra fee for you. ;)
Here’s some of my favorite photos from our extended weekend at the resort. Hope you enjoy…
Would we recommend Couples Tower Isle for you? Absolutely. Especially if you’re looking for the feel of a boutique experience (super friendly staff, great food, great drinks, great design) but the hassle free planning of an all-inclusive vacation. It’s really the best of both worlds. If you decide to go tell them we sent you! :)

All this photos look so gorgeous!
WOW!
@Katelynn No way. We don’t fake stuff like that. That is a long exposure. The stars you see are au natural! ;)
Oh my gosh….please tell me you added the stars in the last image. Absolutely breathtaking.
