Summer Dragon’s Egg

…also known as a “pluot”, a hybrid of apricots and plums. They also happen to be ridiculously delicious sliced up and drizzled with honey. Sidenote: Did you know that buying and eating local honey will help with allergies? True story.

i TOTALLY noticed that the picture looks very much like a certain book cover ;-)
@Danni I read it in an article about the benefits of eating locally. They said that since the honey is from the local plants it helps with outdoor/pollen allergies. I bought some local clover honey the other day and it’s delicious. Tastes just as good as any store brand and supports local business. Whole Foods has a local honey section and you can get it at your local farmer’s markets too.
