We’re so excited to get into the holiday spirit with our first ever holiday portrait promotion. For a limited time we’ll be offering mini portrait sessions at HALF OFF our normal portrait rate and including a bunch of extras including custom holiday cards to show off your favorite images from your session.

It’s pretty simple. Sessions are available in the Orlando area on the dates and times listed below. (Spots are limited so contact us asap!)  Pick the date that works best for you and BOOK US. We’ll help you with outfit ideas and concept ideas if you want to get creative. While you’re waiting for your session date to arrive, pick a holiday card design from the 6 we have available (shown off below). You’ll be able to add your own images and customize what you’d like the card to say. After the session we’ll set up a time on a weekday evening the following week to have you over for your image premiere where you’ll get to see all the finished files. We’ll build your customized holiday cards with you on the spot and you’ll get to pick your favorite 10 images to keep as digital files when you leave. You’ll also have the option to place orders for canvases, prints, custom stamps, and additional holiday cards at our discounted premiere rate from our special holiday pricing sheet. After you leave your premiere, your online proofing gallery will stay open for 1 week in case you want to share it with family or place any additional orders.

**If you’ve already had photos taken by us recently and would still like to create a custom holiday card but don’t need the extra portrait session, just email us at info@studio222photography.com and let us know you’d like to work with us to create a card. We’re more than happy to build something special for you to send off to family and friends. (Cards are sold in packs of 25.)

Last year we launched our “Early Bird Special” and got such a great and positive response that we thought we’d do it again this year. But this time we’re switching it up a bit. If you are a 2011 bride (or groom, no discrimination here folks) and you love us and our work and you can get your contract and retainer into us by September 30th 2010 (That’s the end of next month!) we will take $222 off your total. But… if you’re really pro-active, (I’m talking to you Mr. & Mrs. GO GETTER!) and you and your fiance can book your wedding with us by SEPTEMBER 10th, we’ll double it. (That’s a big old $444 that you can use toward an ice cream buffet, or couples massages on the honeymoon, or, hello, a PARTY BOOTH at your reception!)

There’s not even that many rules. Ready for them? Okay since you asked…

1. You need to be a couple getting married in 2011.

2. You must love us and our work and be willing to trust us completely with your images.

3. You need to either set up a time to meet with us (if you’re local) or set up a phone date so we can make sure we’re a good fit for each other.

4. You need to book us for a minimum of 8 hours.

5. You need to be able to book us (that means signed contract, and payment) by midnight September 10th, 2010 (for the double discount) or midnight September 30th, 2010 (for the regular discount). If you tell us on October 1st that you want to book us, you’re going to get our normal prices. Only early birds get the worms. ;)

You may have seen this trend picking up speed recently and we’re so excited to start joining in the fun. But, in case you haven’t and are now reading along becoming more and more confused, let me explain. The Studio222 Party Booth is a way for your guests to let loose and have fun at your reception while also getting some really fun shots of themselves. The setup is small enough to fit in a corner and the options for how your booth looks are pretty much limitless. They can be customized to fit your wedding theme or colors or personality or whatever. So, during your reception we set up this booth, give our assistant the job of manning it, and then give your guests the REMOTE. That’s right, you have the photo taking power. Add in some amazing props and it’s a recipe for pure awesome. Just take a moment to let your mind wander to all the ridiculous poses your friends will most likely come up with. You with us now? The photos are gonna be uh-ma-ZING.

We have been planning on adding this extremely fun option to our updated products and pricing for 2010 but I couldn’t wait till then to announce it. Mostly because we got to set up a winter-themed party booth at the It’s Better Together Christmas Party and it was so much fun that I had to share a few of my favorite frames from it…

This is obviously a winter themed booth but the options for your decor in the booth are limitless. We’ll be working on a few stock set-ups to have on hand or we can work together to come up with something completely original for your wedding. The fine print:

The promotion is coming to a close and you only have until the end of this month to take advantage of the discount. The date that will be used to figure out your discount is the date upon which your booking is initiated. You will have 7 days to complete the process or the discount will be voided and re-calculated. Wedding bookings are complete when a signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been turned in and accepted. The promotion will run until August 31st and is limited to brides booking weddings taking place in 2010. Weddings are not limited to a specific location and events both in and out of state, as well as internationally will be included. The total discount you accrue will be subtracted from the total in your proposal. Offer applies only to wedding coverage of at least 8 hours. To set up a time to meet with us, simply email us and put “Early Bird” as the referrer. We prefer to meet near downtown Orlando in the evenings. Meetings outside of the area are subject to our availability. Ready? Set? Go!

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed with a small sample of what your canvas will look like and will notify you when it is ready for you to pick up! :)
