Sonja and Binh are the kind of people who make you feel like family, instantly. Kind of like how welcome and loved the smell of chocolate chip cookies in the oven makes you feel. It’s a lot like that. They are the kind of couple who isn’t afraid to be goofy, puts you instantly at ease, and smiles with their entire faces. They laugh with heads thrown back in full, joyful abandon, so much so that you can’t help but smile too. We had an amazing time shooting their mixed heritage wedding day full of laughter, languages, and indigo hued details at the Lake Mary Events Center and coordinated by the oh-so-darling Brittany at Tickled Pink Brides. I hope you enjoy, I hard a hard time narrowing my favorites down…

Lake Mary Events Center Wedding | Lake Mary, Florida

Cameron and Sarah got hitched! I’m so excited to brag all about them in their wedding post later on. (Sarah is an award-winning film maker!) But for now, here’s a sneak peek at their First Look. I was sooooo happy that Sarah decided to do a First Look. When we met with them at our studio, she was on the fence about it. The morning of the wedding she told me that they had decided to go for it. The light was lovely and they were perfection. After the wedding, while we were rushing to get family portraits and wedding party portraits done before the sun went down Sarah looked at me with a big, relieved smile and said, “Becka! I am so glad we did the First Look earlier!” And she was right. We definitely would have been pressed for time doing it later. And with all the commotion, it was nice for Sarah and Cameron to get to sneak away and have a few moments to snuggle without anyone interrupting. This is one of my favorite First Look sequences. I hope you enjoy…
